Sarah Shannon has a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, conversational, nonjudgmental, and compassionate as she enjoys working with couples and adult individuals who are open to taking control of their narrative and bringing more awareness to the deep emotional bonds we build with one another.
Sarah aims to help bring awareness to both partners in a relationship and teach clients how to turn towards each other and work as a team. If you are beginning a new relationship, Sarah can lead both individuals into conversations that will set you up for healthy communication. If you are someone who is struggling with identity, purpose, or just trying to navigate everyday stresses, Sarah provides a space to explore your concerns and understand what your feelings mean.
