“Healing is a collective experience. When one is well our families, friends and communities benefit greatly. This “collective healing” becomes possible when individuals are given the desired support and guidance in a safe-space to explore, validate and address their wounds. Opening ourselves to this process can be a bold move toward personal transformation and authentic living.”
Whether you are looking to build self-esteem, become a better communicator, manage anxiety or relieve depression, help is available. She uses combinations of Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Expressive Arts and Mindfulness Mediation approaches to guide her clients in the process of healing and self-discovery.
